Dental Procedures - Mercury Free DentistryMercury-Free Dentistry

We understand your concerns regarding the use of mercury fillings. Accordingly, at our office we have elected to offer advanced, new fillings made of tooth-colored materials that contain no metal or mercury. It's just one more way that we show our care for you. Your safety and esthetics are our primary concern!

Dental Procedures - CrownsCrowns

Crowns, also called caps, are natural-looking covers that fit snugly over teeth to conceal cracked, badly discolored, injured, or chipped teeth. Crowns minimize physical discomfort and provide support for damaged teeth. Ultimately, crowns can improve the overall appearance of your smile while making your teeth more resistant to injury.

Dental Implants/Restorative

Dental ImplantsDental Implants are man-made replacements for natural teeth. The implants themselves are artificial tooth roots anchored in the gum or jawbone on which replacement teeth are permanently secured. Since implanted teeth are fixed in the mouth rather than removable like dentures, they allow the wearer to return to the comfort and function of natural teeth. Increased chewing ability means that you can enjoy more nutritious foods, contributing to your overall health and wellbeing. In short, dental implants improve the quality of your life. They can improve your appearance, boost your self-confidence, and allow you to speak with greater clarity.

If you are missing one or more of your teeth, you should know that dental implant supported crowns, bridges, and dentures allow you to bite, chew, and smile with the comfort and confidence of natural teeth. Dr. Konz is trained and experienced in the full implant process, providing the comfort and convenience of complete dental implant tooth replacement right here in our office. If you are missing teeth, ask how dental implant tooth replacement can improve your quality of life!

Dental Procedures - BondingBonding

A smile can be dulled by stained, chipped, cracked or misaligned teeth, but bonding can quickly restore your smile's natural beauty. During the bonding procedure, a thin coating of plastic or resin is painted over the damaged teeth, strengthening them and making them virtually indistinguishable from natural teeth.

Veneers are an excellent alternative to crowns and can perfect your smile by masking stains, hiding chips, correcting misalignment, and creating uniformity. Veneers, which are made of a thin, ceramic material, are designed to bond to your existing teeth. They look incredibly natural, are long-lasting, and can make you look years younger.

Family Dentistry

Adults and children have different needs when it comes to dental care. Adults want the best technology, the most informed doctors and the highest quality care while kids want to be comfortable and respected. Here, we understand these differences, and we address them all. That's why Dr. Konz has extensive experience working with both adults and children and we can make your dental experience more enjoyable for everyone.

Intraoral Cameras

Ever been curious about what goes on during your dental care visits? Well now, with our intraoral cameras, you don't have to be curious anymore! An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny device is a video camera that moves around inside the mouth and generates a tooth-by-tooth video exam of the teeth. With the images produced by the intraoral camera, patients can see each of their teeth and dentists can indicate problems such as broken teeth, plaque, decay, gum disease, defective fillings, and so on. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees, and then having it explained.
